Our new website is now live

A new factory for a new year
With a challenging 2022 behind us and new investors brought in to the company we are almost in our new factory.
Still based on the outskirts of Edinburgh, our new Mayfield facility boasts 42,000 square feet of production space with new state of the art equipment, a rolling production line, R&D department and offices for our team to grow.
We are also delighted that 10 new members of staff have joined us taking our team total to 26.

Armadilla at Lost Shore
Lost Shore Surf Resort is coming to Scotland in 2024 and Armadilla will be providing 22 luxury accommodation pods, when it will proudly become Europe’s largest inland surfing destination with visitors being attracted from all over Scotland, the UK and rest of the world. Lost Shore has invested in 11 of Armadilla’s iconic Pods, five Waves that sleep up to four and six of its new DDA compliant Kurv products providing differing eco-friendly waterside accommodation pods that cater for all types of visitor needs.
A sneak peak at our new product!
We are delighted to be launching our third luxury Armadilla unit next year. The Kurv is a DDA compliant group/family unit that can sleep up to six making it perfect for venues that require group accommodation.
With all the same luxury features and finishes that we are known for, the Kurv will also be clad in our curved Accoya wood making it sit beautifully alongside the Pod and the Wave.
Fantastic new customers
2023 has been a busy year. Alongside our factory move, new website and new team members we have also been lucky enough to continue to work with some long standing customers and some new ones.
Four Pods were recently delivered and installed by our team at Hidden Acres Farmhouse and Gardens, a tranquil oasis in the heart of Malahide in the Republic of Ireland. And we’re going even further afield early next year with the imminent delivery of nine pods to Juicy Oasis in Portugal who continue to expand their portfolio of Armadilla built accommodation units.
We are also excited to be delivering nine pods and one of our new DDA compliant Kurv units to Knock Shrine early next year enabling them to provide on site accommodation.
Our work with schools has also been expanding rapidly with our adaptable and flexible EdPods in demand across the UK. We have recently installed two of our EdPods into schools in Surrey; one as a dedicated music room at St Catherine’s School and a specialist SEN pod at Woodlands Special School providing a nurturing and calming learning space. Our total EdPods in Surrey alone is now over 12.
