With a Guest User Interface, the guest can control many of the Pod’s characteristics from just one place: This includes lighting, heating, sound system, electric blinds as well as WiFi. However, the Pod Control system has not just been designed for the guest experience. It has considered all aspects that an operator would need to help them run an efficient offering.

Occupancy sensors: through cutting-edge occupancy sensors, our system intuitively detects the vacancy status of the unit, allowing you to switch our Pods and Waves into an energy- efficient mode until their return.
Housekeeping and welcoming modes: an intuitive solution to streamline cleaning procedures and ensure the perfect state of the accommodation before your guests’ arrival. On arrival, housekeepers can activate the housekeeping feature via a touch screen, which automatically turns on all the lights, drops the blinds and offers a detailed checklist of all cleaning-related duties. Once the list is executed, the system logs the information, providing the operator with a comprehensive overview of the completed tasks. Likewise, our welcome mode allows you to pre-set elements such as the colour and brightness of the light, as well as the temperature ensuring your guests find the room as you wish.
Redundant hot water and heating solutions: armed with a duo of water heater elements and additional heating sources, our Pod control stands as the epitome of reliability. This sophisticated mechanism can navigate between the different options, guaranteeing uninterrupted hot water and heating even in the event of failure. This feature will also notify you of any problems, allowing it to be fixed decisively.
An inverter heat-up pump air conditioning: unlike traditional air conditioning units that operate in binary on/off modes, our cutting-edge system takes efficiency to a new level by automatically reducing its power consumption once it reaches the desired temperature. This dynamic adjustment eliminates the inefficiencies associated with constant cycling and prevents unnecessary energy wastage during idle periods.
A Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system: composed of a heat exchanger and a twofold fan mechanism, our MVHR works continuously to optimise your accommodation air quality. Employing dual pathways within the heat exchanger, this pioneering system expels the Pods or Waves’ stale air out while drawing in a refreshing and cool breeze, creating a fresh, condensation-free atmosphere. All of it while efficiently repurposing heat energy that would otherwise dissipate outdoors, which enhances the efficiency and lifespan of our Pods and Waves.
