Leon's journey through the hospitality world has been impressive –  from his time with Lake District Hotels Ltd in Cumbria to making his mark at The Hyde Hotel and Spa and Lion Roars Hotels and Lodges in South Africa

He's someone who really gets what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences while driving real business results.
