We have developed the Armadilla business models based on multiple units that take account of all product purchasing, installation, maintenance, and operating costs. Our business models reflect the current experience of our many clients. Even at a conservative 60% occupancy, a cluster of 10 Pods or Waves emerges as a lucrative venture, yielding a substantial 7% return while factoring in all operational expenses
